I had an electrical issue on my maiden voyage home after purchasing my Monaco Camelot. I lost all power in the house at a rest area. I spent the night in a motel and called First Choice Mobile that night. It was a Saturday night and I was met with the most reassuring team member (wife) who worked hard to get me on a meet up with Robert, a certified RV expert (and owner) the following morning. Robert traced many issues from a rogue switch install from previous owner. He was so thorough. One by one he fixed or eliminated each issue till he restored power. Being discouraged, Robert and his son (registered rv expert) work hard to reassure me they were not going to leave me high and dry. I was so grateful when they got all the issues resolved and got me back on the road. Not only that , they followed up with me each day until I got back home to make sure I knew they were there and to give me confidence to not let this one off issue ruin my dreams!
